1. Platform Overview

Komiunity is a community-powered marketplace. Sellers belong to communities, and each sale splits revenue between the seller, their community, and the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Sellers

Sellers must be approved by a community administrator before listing products. Product listings must be accurate. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and communicating with buyers.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Orders are binding once payment is confirmed. A service fee is applied to each order. Cancellations are allowed before an order is shipped.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed by platform administrators on a case-by-case basis. Contact the seller first via in-app chat for any issues with your order.

6. Prohibited Content

Sellers may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, or misleading products. The platform reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

Komiunity facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the sale. Disputes should be resolved between buyer and seller, with platform mediation available upon request.
